Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D & Multimedia Specialist who can create high-quality 3D visuals, animations, motion graphics, videos, and multimedia content for digital, marketing, branding, and communication requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, video editing, and motion graphics, with a good understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Animation

- Create high-quality 3D models, assets, environments, product visuals, and animations.

· Develop 3D concepts based on creative briefs and project requirements. · Handle modelling, texturing, UV mapping, lighting, rigging, animation, rendering, and compositing.

· Create realistic product visualisations and 3D promotional content.

· Develop 3D animations for marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

· Optimise 3D assets for different platforms and output requirements.

· Ensure consistency in quality, visual style, lighting, textures, and rendering.

Motion Graphics & Video

- Create engaging motion graphics, promotional videos, explainer videos, reels, advertisements, and digital content.

· Handle video editing, transitions, effects, typography, sound synchronisation, and basic colour correction. · Convert static creative concepts into dynamic and engaging multimedia content.

· Create content suitable for Instagram, YouTube, websites, presentations, advertisements, and other digital platforms.

· Work on animations combining 2D and 3D elements where required.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with designers, content writers, social media teams, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

· Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into visually compelling outputs. · Participate in brainstorming and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and visual content.





· Take ownership of projects from concept development through final delivery.

· Incorporate feedback and make revisions within defined timelines.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with relevant tools such as:

· Blender

· Cinema 4D

· Autodesk Maya / 3ds Max

· Adobe After Effects

· Adobe Premiere Pro

· Adobe Photoshop

· Adobe Illustrator

Experience with Figma and other creative tools will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, animation, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

· Good understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling. · Robust video editing and post-production skills.

· Good understanding of composition, typography, colour, and design principles.

· Ability to translate creative concepts into high-quality visual outputs.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Good understanding of current 3D, animation, motion graphics, and digital content trends.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual quality.

Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous work across 3D modelling, animation, motion graphics, video editing, product visualisation, or multimedia content.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
