About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced 3D Generalist + AI Specialist with strong expertise in 3D production and AI-powered creative workflows.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating high-quality 3D visuals, animations and product content while leveraging Generative AI tools to enhance creative ideation, production and post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, assets, environments, product visuals, animations and renders.
- Handle end-to-end 3D production including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation and compositing.
- Use Generative AI tools for image generation, video generation, creative ideation, enhancement and post-production.
- Integrate AI-generated assets with 3D and traditional creative workflows.
- Develop creative concepts, visualisations and campaign assets.
- Create photorealistic product visuals and advertising content.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Photographers and Video Editors.
- Explore and implement new AI and 3D technologies to improve creative output and production efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D, CGI, Generative AI and visual content creation.

AI Skills Mandatory Hands-on experience with multiple AI creative tools such as:
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Runway
- Kling
- Luma
- Pika
- Stable Diffusion
- Higgsfield
- Magnific

The candidate should have:
- Robust prompt-writing and AI image/video generation skills.




- Experience using AI for concept development, image enhancement, compositing, animation and video creation.
- Ability to integrate AI-generated outputs into professional 3D, CGI and design workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted creative production.

Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in one or more 3D software platforms: Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya or 3ds Max.
- Good knowledge of relevant rendering engines and workflows.
- Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and animation.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of compositing and post-production workflows.
- Experience creating content for advertising, digital, social media and e-commerce will be an advantage.

Education & Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience as a 3D Generalist, 3D Artist, CGI Artist, AI Artist or similar role.
- Any Graduate Degree is acceptable.
- MAAC, Arena Animation or equivalent 3D/VFX/Multimedia certification is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D, CGI and AI-assisted creative work.
- Experience in commercial advertising, product visualisation, fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, FMCG or e-commerce will be preferred.
- Strong creative visualisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
