Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Generalist + AI Specialist with strong expertise in 3D production and AI-powered creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, assets, environments, product visuals, animations, and renders.
- Handle modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation, and compositing.
- Use AI tools for image/video generation, creative ideation, enhancement, and post-production.
- Integrate AI-generated assets with 3D and traditional creative workflows.
- Develop creative concepts, visualisations, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Video Editors.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D and Generative AI tools and technologies.

AI Skills – Mandatory

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Stable Diffusion, Higgsfield, and Magnific.
- Solid prompt-writing and AI image/video generation skills.
- Experience using AI for concept development, image enhancement, compositing, animation, and video creation.
- Ability to combine AI outputs with professional 3D and design workflows.

Key Requirements





- 5–7 years of relevant experience as a 3D Generalist, 3D Artist, AI Artist, or similar role.
- Any Graduate Degree is acceptable.
- MAAC, Arena Animation, or similar 3D/VFX/Multimedia course is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Blender/Cinema 4D/Maya/3ds Max and relevant rendering tools.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D and AI-assisted creative work.
- Strong creative, visualisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
