We’re a Shark Tank India Season 4–featured Animation Studio, creating high-impact, cinematic short-form content that blends storytelling, humor, and visual brilliance.

Responsiblities

You'll be producing high-quality character and scene animations using iClone as your primary tool, collaborating with our pipeline team across Blender for secondary work, and delivering polished, director-ready shots — from blocking through final render. You'll work closely with art directors, pipeline TDs, and fellow animators in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace. This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring characters and stories to life.

? Characters, Assets, rigging, and (in some cases) complex animation shots will be provided

? Training may be provided for selected candidates, and you Will also get a lead, who can help you, if you stuck at some place.





? Compensation Structure

? During Probation (Per-Minute Basis)

•⁠ ⁠₹3,000 – ₹4,000 per minute for Animators and ⁠₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per minute for Generalist (Our Current Junior Artists are making around 10-12 minutes per month and senior artists are making around 20min+ in a month)

•⁠ ⁠Ideal for showcasing speed, quality, and consistency

? Post-Probation (Full-Time)

•⁠ ⁠Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month for Junior artist and 1L-1.2L per month for Senior Artist based on skillset, output quality, and turnaround time

•⁠ ⁠OR you will have option to continue on per minute basis

? Performance Bonuses (POST Probation)

•⁠ ⁠Up to ₹20,000/month

•⁠ ⁠For high-quality output and fewer revisions
