Job Title: 2D Designer

Are you a skilled 2D Designer with a passion for experiential marketing and brand storytelling? Join our creative team at GPJ, where your designs will shape immersive brand experiences across live events, environments, and digital touchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a 2D Designer at GPJ, you will play a key role in translating creative ideas into impactful visual executions for experiential campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- Creative Design Execution:
Design visually compelling assets across multiple formats including event branding, stage graphics, collaterals, digital creatives, and environmental graphics for experiential projects.
- Brand Guidelines Adaptation:
Understand and apply brand guidelines accurately and efficiently across all design outputs, maintaining consistency while adapting designs for different experiential formats.
- Team-oriented Workflow:
Work closely with art directors, creative leads, and project teams to develop design solutions aligned with campaign objectives and client briefs.
- Visual Storytelling:
Use strong typography, layout, composition, and color sense to communicate brand narratives clearly and effectively in experiential environments.
- Feedback & Iterations:
Incorporate internal and client feedback constructively, ensuring timely revisions while maintaining design quality.
- Trend & Industry Awareness:
Stay updated with design trends, materials, and innovations relevant to experiential marketing and brand activations.
- Technical Excellence:
Create production-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ensure files meet execution standards. Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a 2D Designer / Graphic Designer, preferably in experiential marketing, events, exhibitions, or brand activations.
- Strong portfolio showcasing event-led, experiential, or brand activation work.
- Excellent skills in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual communication.
- Ability to quickly grasp and execute brand guidelines.
- Strong team player with clear communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working under tight timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
