- Support project initiation activities by setting up project management and

collaboration tools, including:
- SharePoint
- Smartsheet
- Miro
- OneNote
- Provision and manage access for client and internal project team members
- Coordinate Business Process Guidance (BPG) sessions and maintain meeting

schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Presentation decks
- Excel trackers
- Smartsheet’s
- Meeting minutes
- Project artifacts
- Support CEMLI implementation cycles by maintaining documentation and

tracking deliverables.
- Prepare Conference Room Pilot (CRP) presentations and execution trackers
- Maintain project recordings, session transcripts, and knowledge repositories
- Track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) items and follow up

with functional and technical teams.
- Assist in project scope management by maintaining change request logs and

change management trackers.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) by coordinating test execution, tracking

defects,



and monitoring progress.
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation, trackers, and supporting

materials.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring milestones are achieved
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
- Maintain project status dashboards and ensure documentation accuracy

throughout the project lifecycle.
