- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
- Configure Oracle Cloud modules (ERP) to meet business needs
- Participate in Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades from planning to post-go-live support
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
- Develop functional design documents and test cases
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud functionality
- Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and enhancements (quarterly releases)
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvements
