Creator Relations | Creative Strategy | Product Storytelling | Conversion Role Overview
Own the creator and creative side of TikTok, driving creator activation, stronger content, and creator-led sales.
Scope: Creator relationships, creative strategy, product education, content feedback, negotiation, and conversion.
Excludes: TikTok Shop operations, media buying, fulfilment, and platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Management: Recruit, onboard, activate, retain, and build relationships with TikTok creators.
Creative Strategy: Develop hooks, content angles, formats, product stories, and creator briefs.
Creator Education: Conduct product training, webinars, and workshops to help creators communicate products effectively.
Content Optimization: Review creator content and provide feedback on hooks, storytelling, product demonstration, authenticity, and CTAs.
Conversion: Identify what drives creator-led sales and translate performance insights into better creative direction.
Negotiation: Manage creator fees, commissions, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms.
Community: Build an engaged creator community through training, launches, challenges, and performance sharing.




What We're Looking For
Hands-on TikTok + creator/influencer marketing experience.
Strong spoken and written English.
Excellent communication, presentation, and webinar skills.
Strong copywriting and hook-writing ability.
5-10 years of Experience with creator negotiations and relationship management.
Strong understanding of content performance, conversion, and creator funnels.
Robust creative judgment and commercial mindset.
Ability to build trusted, long-term creator relationships.
Preferred: Beauty/skincare/wellness, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, UGC, social commerce, or performance creative experience.
