What you'll do:
Design creatives for social media, campaigns, and BTL activations
Manage and grow Iztri's social media presence while planning and posting content across platforms
Work closely with the growth and marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually
Track content performance and iterate on what's working
Stay on top of trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table
What we're looking for:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, marketing, or a related field
A robust sense of visual design - comfortable with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
An eye for what works on social media - trends, formats, and what drives engagement
Good ownership and ability to turn around creatives quickly
Available to work in-person out of our Koramangala office
