Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Assistance
Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and courteously.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution.
Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage.
Make product related and recipe videos and post it on AMC SoMe handles.
Sales Support
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures.
Upsell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products.
Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers.
After-Sales Support
Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty.
Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests.
Make tele service calls to all the new AMC customers to guide them in proper usage of Cookware.
Conduct Customer training classes for new/old customers
Generate sales leads
Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions,



cooking schools, and government institutions etc
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

COMPETENCIES
Education: Graduate in Nutrition / Marketing / Hospitality.
Cookery skills are desirable
Proficiency in local language, English & Hindi
