WE ARE HIRING – MEDIA SALES EXPERT

We are looking for an experienced Media Sales Professional who has a strong background in selling advertising and media solutions to businesses and brands.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B media sales and a proven ability to acquire clients, generate leads, pitch advertising solutions, negotiate deals, and close business.

Key Experience Required:

• Strong experience in Radio Advertising Sales

• Experience in Print Media / Newspaper Advertising Sales

• Experience in Digital Advertising & Digital Media Sales

• Experience selling Integrated Media / Advertising Packages

• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, SMEs, corporates and local businesses will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential advertisers and businesses

• Generate new leads and convert them into paying clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable media solutions

• Prepare and present advertising proposals and media plans

• Pitch radio, print, digital and integrated advertising packages

• Negotiate commercials and close deals independently

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

• Coordinate with internal creative,



media and operations teams to execute campaigns

• Upsell and cross-sell additional media and advertising solutions

• Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure repeat business

We are specifically looking for someone who:

✅ Has a proven track record in media / advertising sales

✅ Is comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and field sales

✅ Has robust business development and negotiation skills

✅ Can independently generate business rather than relying only on inbound leads

✅ Understands how advertising decisions are made by brands and businesses

✅ Has an existing client/agency network in the market

✅ Is target-oriented, commercially smart and confident in closing deals

✅ Can build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business

Preferred Background:

Candidates from Radio, Newspaper/Print, Digital Media, Advertising Agencies, Media Agencies, Television, Outdoor or Integrated Media Companies are encouraged to apply.
