Role Overview We're looking for a Junior Technical Recruiter to support IT staffing across our technical practice areas in India. The recruiter will be responsible for hiring across India, UK, and Europe roles. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career to grow into full-cycle technical hiring within a fast-scaling consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for IT roles, with a focus on SAP & NCLC technologies and related technical positions
Manage hiring pipelines across India, UK, and European markets simultaneously
Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and business need
Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess technical fit and communication skills
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process




Apply recruitment best practices to improve candidate quality and time-to-fill
Work independently in a remote setting, collaborating with hiring managers as needed
Requirements
2+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment
Strong experience recruiting for IT roles (SAP & NCLC technologies)
Experience or comfort recruiting across multiple geographies (India, UK, Europe)
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Working knowledge of recruitment best practices
Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple hiring processes at once
