We’re hiring a DevOps Support and QA Engineer to help support and strengthen our SaaS platform . This is a hands-on role with equal focus on DevOps support and quality assurance , helping ensure our product is stable, reliable, and built around real customer needs.
As our platform grows, this role has the potential to evolve into leading the product support division . Success in this role requires a strong customer-first mindset , a deep sense of ownership, and a genuine obsession with helping customers solve business problems.
This is not QA for QA’s sake. We want someone who tests through the lens of the customer, understands how the product is used in the real world, and helps make sure every release delivers value.
What You’ll Do
Support CI/CD pipelines , deployments, and release workflows
Help manage development, staging, testing, and production environments




Monitor logs, alerts, and system health, and help troubleshoot issues
Support release validation , smoke testing , and deployment checks
Improve automation, configuration, and operational processes
Test recent features, bug fixes, and releases
Write and maintain test cases , regression tests , and QA documentation
Verify web, API, and integration workflows
Reproduce, document, and help resolve defects with engineering
Test from the customer perspective , keeping business problems in mind
Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support runbooks
Help shape and grow product support capabilities over time
What We’re Looking For
Experience in DevOps support , QA , software testing , or a similar technical role
Strong experience with SaaS or web applications
Familiarity with CI/CD , deployment workflows, and release processes
Hands-on experience with AWS tools is required
Understanding of cloud platforms, containers, and infrastructure tools
Comfort with scripting in Python , Bash , or similar languages
Ability to read logs, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis
Experience with bug tracking, test management, and QA best practices
Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright , Jasmine , and similar tools
Strong communication and documentation skills
A customer-first mindset and a real drive to solve customer problems
Nice to Have
AWS certifications such as Cloud Practitioner or AI Practitioner
Experience with Docker or Kubernetes
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
Experience with APIs , SQL , and Git
Understanding of Agile or Scrum workflows
