Job Description: India & APAC Sales Leader (Embedded & Semiconductor Domain)
Location: Anywhere in India (with APAC regional responsibility)

Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to head and scale our India & APAC business for embedded software solutions and services. This role will drive regional expansion, grow strategic accounts, and build a high‑performing sales organization aligned with our engineering momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow India & APAC sales into a standalone business unit.
Develop and execute sales strategies to land new logos and expand existing accounts into multi‑year programs.
Lead, coach, and expand the regional sales team.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with CxOs and decision‑makers across semiconductor, automotive, and embedded systems industries.
Manage end‑to‑end deal processes including pricing, commercials, SOWs, and delivery hand‑offs.
Leverage our company’s IP portfolio and solutions to open new opportunities beyond services.




Partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure long‑term customer success.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record of winning and growing major customer accounts in semiconductor, embedded systems, or automotive domains.
Solid network and credibility with senior engineers and buyers.
Experience selling into Indian captives and GCCs with overseas decision‑makers.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and scaling sales teams.
Comfortable engaging at the CxO level and converting discussions into delivery contracts.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale, not just maintain.

Qualifications
15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within technology services or solutions.
Background in semiconductor, embedded software, or automotive systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
