Role Description The Assistant Merchandiser will support the merchandising team in planning, selecting, and managing furniture product lines to align with brand standards and market demand. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with production and design teams, tracking inventory and orders, assisting in pricing and promotional activities, and preparing product presentations and reports. The role also involves liaising with customers, sales staff, and retail partners to gather feedback, ensure product availability, and support visual merchandising and showroom displays. This is a full time,



on-site role based in Jodhpur, requiring close collaboration with factory, showroom, and office teams.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and customers.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive buying experience.
Sales and Retail skills to understand product positioning, assist with showroom arrangements, and support sales activities.
Marketing awareness to contribute to promotional plans, product presentation, and brand consistency.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing product data, inventory tracking, and documentation.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in furniture, home décor, or retail merchandising is an required,a diploma or degree in business, merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
