About the Company US Tech Solutions is looking for experienced Non-IT / Business Professional US Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based Banking, Finance, and Business Professional positions.
About the Role
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Business Professional requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based Business Professional requirements.
Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networking platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and hiring teams.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.




Ensure timely submission of high-quality candidates and provide consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
Prior experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
Experience recruiting for Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Business Professional roles.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate-evaluation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
Willingness to work EST/US shifts and work onsite in Hyderabad.
Required Skills
