Position Overview Cancer Healer Center is looking for an experienced and highly responsible Center In-Charge to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, patient experience, team performance, administration and business performance of the center.
The Center In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring that the center functions efficiently, patients receive a high-quality and compassionate experience, employees perform effectively, and the center achieves its operational and revenue objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid people management, operational discipline, commercial understanding and excellent patient-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Center Operations Take overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of the center.
Ensure day-to-day operations are conducted efficiently and professionally.
Implement and monitor CHC's SOPs, policies and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and service standards.
Identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective measures.
Ensure effective coordination between clinical, front-office and support functions.
Maintain a clean, organized and patient-friendly center environment.
2. Patient Experience & Service Excellence Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience at every stage of the patient journey.
Monitor patient interactions and service quality across the center.
Personally address important patient concerns and complaints.
Ensure patient issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Gather and monitor patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure patients and their families receive appropriate information, assistance and support.
Build a culture of empathy, professionalism and patient-first service.
3. Team Leadership & People Management Lead, supervise and coordinate the center team.
Allocate responsibilities and ensure effective utilization of manpower.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity and overall team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Set clear responsibilities and performance expectations for employees.
Identify training and development requirements.
Motivate the team and maintain a positive and collaborative working environment.
Address employee concerns and resolve team-level conflicts effectively.
4. Business Development & Revenue Growth Take responsibility for achieving center-level business and revenue objectives.
Monitor patient footfall,
consultations, treatment activity and repeat visits.
Identify opportunities to increase patient engagement and center revenue.
Develop and implement appropriate sales and cross-sales initiatives .
Work on improving patient conversion and retention.
Identify local opportunities for business development and patient acquisition.
Coordinate with the central marketing and business teams to support center growth.
Monitor performance against monthly and quarterly targets and implement corrective actions where required.
5. Financial Management Monitor center-level financial performance.
Support preparation and management of the center budget.
Monitor operational expenses and ensure responsible utilization of resources.
Track collections and financial performance.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Identify areas for better cost control and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with the finance team on financial and reporting requirements.
6. Administration & Facility Management Oversee the day-to-day administrative requirements of the center.
Ensure proper maintenance of the facility and equipment.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and facility-related requirements.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate availability of essential supplies.
Monitor stock levels and minimize shortages and wastage.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
Ensure the center remains operationally ready at all times.
7. Patient Relationship Management Develop strong and professional relationships with patients and their families.
Understand patient requirements and ensure appropriate support.
Handle sensitive patient situations with maturity and empathy.
Ensure timely communication and resolution of patient concerns.
Encourage a patient-centric culture across the entire center team.
8. Reporting & Performance Management Maintain accurate center-level operational and performance reports.
Track key performance indicators including:
Patient footfall
New patients
Follow-up patients
Consultations
Treatment activity
Revenue
Collections
Patient complaints
Team productivity
Operating expenses
Share regular performance updates with management.
Identify performance gaps and prepare action plans for improvement.
9. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate effectively with Clinical, HR, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams.
Ensure timely implementation of corporate initiatives at the center.
Communicate center-level requirements and challenges to management.
Ensure alignment between center operations and organizational objectives.

Qualification & ExperienceEducation Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Candidates with a degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field will be preferred.
Experience Minimum 3–5 years of management experience .
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics or other service-oriented organizations will be preferred.
