Key Responsibilities
Develop recent business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
Handle B2B sales of industrial casting products.
Identify and approach clients in Steel, Cement, Mining, and Thermal Power industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/production teams.
Manage enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and sales closures.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Explore new markets and expand the company’s industrial customer base.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial/casting product sales.
Experience dealing with Mining, Steel, Cement, and/or Thermal Power industries.
Strong knowledge of industrial B2B sales and customer handling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will be preferred.
