Japneet S & Associates (JSA) , a Gurugram-based professional services firm, is inviting applications for the position of Article Assistant .

Eligibility – Important

We are specifically looking for candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and are eligible for registration of Articleship with ICAI.

CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared is mandatory.
Candidates who have cleared only one group will not be considered.

Role & Learning Exposure The selected candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure across multiple areas of professional practice, including:

• Audit planning, execution and documentation




• Internal controls and risk assessment
• Financial statement analysis
• GST and Income Tax compliance
• MCA and other regulatory filings
• Corporate and secretarial compliance
• Business registrations and entity incorporation
• Research, reporting and advisory assignments
• Client communication and professional engagements

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong foundation in accounting and financial statements , sound analytical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software will be an advantage. Prior internship or relevant experience in audit, taxation or accounting will also be considered favourably.
