• Source and market candidates for full-time US IT requirements
• Understand direct client requirements and submit qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Manage the complete candidate marketing lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendors
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, and successful closures
