Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and execution details using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and high-quality renders using SketchUp and V-Ray.
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections in line with the design vision.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), specifications, and project documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, take design briefs, and support design presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.




- Assist with material selection as required.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are updated throughout the design and execution process.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic and technical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V ray, Enscape, Corona and other design software.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and finishes.
- Robust creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
