About Aurm
Aurm is building India's first 24x7 smart, secure locker infrastructure for residential communities. Founded by Armed Forces veterans and the creators of MyGate, we've already partnered with developers like Prestige Group and Sattva Group. You'd be joining at a stage where the product has real traction.

The Role
You'll be the face of Aurm to RWAs, builders, and society decision-makers, pitching our product, building trust, and turning conversations into signed installations. Field-first, relationship-driven, and a lot of hustle.

What You'll Do
Identify and approach RWAs, Management Committees, and builders to pitch Aurm's installation
Run the full sales cycle, that is- site visits, negotiations, closures and keep your pipeline updated
Be the go-to contact for society stakeholders on security, insurance, and operations queries
Scout current territory through cold visits, references, and networking as we expand

What We're Looking For




0-3 years in B2B field sales or partnerships freshers with the right hustle welcome
Strong convincing ability, comfortable with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Self-driven, target-oriented, willing to travel locally (having a vehicle helps)
Background in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Consumer Services is a plus, not required
Based in Delhi
