About the Role
The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based Non-IT and Engineering positions.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based Non-IT and Engineering positions.
Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and compensation.
Review resumes and match candidates with specific job requirements.
Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming requirements.
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.




Meet daily and weekly submission, interview, and hiring targets.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.
Qualifications
Prior experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment preferred.
Experience recruiting for Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy, or related technical roles.
Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Robust follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to work EST/US shifts and work onsite in Hyderabad.
