We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Real Estate or Interior Design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, developers, and real estate professionals
- Identify and generate potential leads from builders and real estate projects
- Develop new business opportunities and lead-generation channels
- Collect and maintain relevant project/customer data
- Coordinate with the interior sales team and ensure quality leads are shared for further conversion
- Consistently achieve lead-generation targets

What We're Looking For:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Interiors




- Strong network and connections with builders & developers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of lead generation and business development
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
