Role Overview

You will work directly with the founder and marketing team to create high-quality content for:

- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn Videos
- Founder Branding Content
- Micro Podcasts
- SME Education Videos
- Product Demonstrations
- Social Media Graphics
- Marketing Campaign Creatives

Your mission is simple:

Turn business and sales content into content people actually watch, share, and remember.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Content Creation

- Brainstorm viral video ideas
- Research trends, hooks, formats, and content styles
- Assist in shooting founder videos
- Record product demos and screen captures
- Suggest new content formats and series

2. Video Editing

Create platform-specific videos for:

- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- WhatsApp Campaigns

Responsibilities include:

- Cutting and trimming footage
- Adding subtitles and captions
- Creating motion graphics
- Adding B-roll footage
- Adding transitions and effects
- Audio cleanup and enhancement
- Background music and sound effects
- Brand-consistent visual styling

3. Short Form Content Repurposing

Convert:

- Podcasts → Shorts
- Founder Videos → Reels
- Product Demos → Tips & Tricks
- Webinars → Educational Clips

Extract:

- Strong hooks
- Educational moments
- Emotional stories
- Actionable business tips

4. Graphic Design

Design:

- Social media posts
- Carousels
- Ad creatives
- Product banners
- Event creatives
- Infographics
- YouTube thumbnails




- Blog feature images

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

5. AI-Powered Content Creation

Use AI tools to accelerate content production:

- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Canva AI
- CapCut AI
- Descript
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney (optional)

Learn and implement modern AI workflows for content production.

6. Content Performance Improvement

Track and improve:

- Views

Internship Details

- Internship Type: Full-Time
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 3–6 Months
- Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on skill level)
- PPO Prospect: High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer
