Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial candidate calls and HR screening
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist with job postings and recruitment activities
• Support day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition operations
