Position Summary

As Content Writer you will be the editorial and creative voice of Phenom Cloud across all digital channels globally. This is a high-output B2B-specialist writing role focused on demand generation, thought leadership, sales enablement, and executive ghostwriting across AMER and EMEA territories, with APAC readiness built into future expansion.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Produce SEO-optimised blog posts, articles, and guides targeting HR Technology and L&D; decision-makers.
- Write webinar scripts, landing page copy, and post-event recap content for webinars and office hours sessions.
- Develop email campaign copy for HubSpot nurture sequences and outbound SDR cadences.
- Create gated content assets such as whitepapers, migration readiness checklists, and guides.
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and long-form thought leadership content for senior executives.
- Build and maintain the Phenom Cloud LinkedIn company content calendar.
- Write short-form content for tips & tricks campaigns and office hours promotions.




- Develop SDR-ready sales enablement assets including one-pagers, battlecards, and discovery guides.
- Write client-facing collateral including case studies, capability decks, and proposal templates.
- Adapt content tone and messaging for AMER, UK, Nordics, Benelux, DACH, GCC, and APAC audiences.

Skills & Requirements

- 4–5+ years of experience in B2B content writing, copywriting, or ghostwriting.
- Exceptional English writing, grammar, and editorial judgement.
- Experience producing LinkedIn thought leadership and executive ghostwriting content.
- Strong understanding of B2B content strategy, buyer journey mapping, and SEO fundamentals.
- Experience writing blogs, email campaigns, social posts, scripts, and sales collateral.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with HubSpot CMS or equivalent CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper.
- Experience with editorial workflow tools such as Grammarly, Hemingway, or Notion.
