Job Description

- Banking Entries All Banks and Reconciliation Weekly Basis.
- Import & Export Freight Party Payment & Entry In Tally.
- Cash Payment daily record maintained in tally and weekly Cash Verification with HOD and report submission.
- TDS Data Entry And TDS Register maintain filing TDS Returns.
- Delhi Account Maintaining and Record keeping in Tally for all payments.( Delhi)
- Delhi TDS Data Entry in Tally.
- E way Bill Generation for movement of Import and Scrap Sale.
- Scrap sale Accounting.
- Expense checking of sales team and reconciliation Bi- monthly.
- EMD Data Maintain & Communication with Sales Executive, and DD issuance for EMD.
- MEIS License Data Maintained and Drawback Reconciliation on weekly basis.
- Bank Guarantee Handling from Rajkot, and an Updated BG listing at all times.




- Assis in Data Collection and compilation for cost records.
- Assist in communication with Banks.
- Bank Charges calculation and checking on a monthly basis.
- Vendors and Debtors ledger Scrutiny balance confirmations on a Quarterly basis.
- Verification of Purchase Vouchers.
- Assistance in Drafting payment letters for Import and service payments for group Affiliates.
