Products: **Company manufactures highly advanced sophisticated Machine accessories for CNC/VMC.HMC/Universal Machines. You must be from Machine Tools/ Cutting tools industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and Revenue Growth: Build pricing models for heavy machinery and spare parts. Find current market opportunities. Lead contract talks with industrial buyers.
- Contract and Risk Management: Review legal terms and technical specifications. Protect the company from financial loss and legal liability. Ensure all deals meet local and international trade laws.
- Supply Chain and Procurement: Negotiate raw material costs (steel, electronics) with suppliers. Keep production costs low.



Maintain steady delivery schedules for factory needs.
- Financial Oversight: Track project budgets and profit margins. Forecast future sales trends and revenue. Manage cash flow and credit terms for large industrial orders.
- Team Leadership: Guide sales, logistics, and finance staff. Set performance targets. Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing departments to align delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management. An MBA is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in the manufacturing sector, with specific focus on industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or machine tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of machine tool technology, CNC systems, and industrial automation markets.
- Skills: Expert negotiation abilities. Deep financial literacy. Excellent command of contract law and risk mitigation.
