- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation scripts to support infrastructure monitoring and IT operations management requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- Configure MID Servers, Discovery schedules, identification rules, and CMDB data models to ensure accurate asset and configuration management.
- Develop integrations with third-party monitoring tools, cloud platforms, APIs,



and enterprise applications using ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize system performance, resolve defects, and perform root cause analysis to maintain reliable ITOM services.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge articles while following ServiceNow development best practices.
- Support upgrades, testing, release management, security compliance, and continuous enhancement initiatives to improve platform functionality and operational efficiency.
