Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years experience with an HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, etc.) troubleshooting and resolving workplace issues for enterprise software applications.
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday HCM with expertise in multiple modules.
- Proficient in Workday report writing (custom, advanced, matrix, and composite), dashboards, and hubs.
- Strong understanding of Workday functional modules and their associated business processes.
- Proven proficiency in configuring and maintaining Workday functional modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process frameworks, workflows, and security implications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications





- Hands-on experience supporting and configuring at least three Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management.
- Experience serving as a Functional Lead on a large-scale, end-to-end Workday implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and drive successful delivery of Workday initiatives in complex organizational environments. • Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST

Preferred Education

- Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
