- Manage day-to-day operations of logistics, warehousing, and accounts functions. IT Infrastructure Service Support would be added advantage.
- Oversee inventory management, order processing, returns management, and IT infrastructure support. Take care of Customer IT Hardware Service Tickets and keep customer updated with the status of Ticket. Assign Tickets to Field Engineers take daily update from Field Engineers on open pending tickets with them. Ensure Timely spares are delivered or make available with Field Engineers.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers through effective logistics coordination.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and returns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions using accounting software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or accounting role with knowledge of ERP systems (Tally).
- Robust understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for handling customer queries via phone calls or emails.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
