- Manage cash handling activities, including receiving, processing, and dispensing cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns related to account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and other financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions processed during shifts using the bank's systems.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures for handling large amounts of cash.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of cash handling procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
