Responsibilities

- Leading a team of Articled Students in Capital Markets and Transaction Advisory engagements.
- Conducting Financial Due Diligence and identifying key risk areas.
- Assisting in valuation analysis, financial modelling and deal structuring.
- Supporting M&A; transactions, IPO readiness and capital restructuring.
- Timely completion of Certification, Circle Ups and field work with quality documentation.
- Raising issues identified promptly with Manager(s) and Partner(s).
- Guiding junior team members.

Skills Required

- Valuable exposure in Ind AS, Due Diligence, review and finalisation of audits.
- Good exposure in Capital Markets, IPO Process or SEBI Regulations.
- Experience in preparation / assisting in preparation of Audit Reports.
- Preferred: experience in Statutory Audits of Listed companies.
- Must be ready to travel intercity.
- Must be able to handle multiple clients.
