Are you an experienced international business leader with deep expertise in automobile exports? We are looking for a dynamic COO Auto Exports to lead and scale our fast-growing international business from Pune.

What youll lead:

- Develop and execute export strategies to maximize growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Identify current international markets, build business accounts and increase volumes.
- Manage relationships with dealers, other vendors and logistics partners.
- Oversee export documentation, compliance, licenses, shipping contracts, and freight forwarding agreements.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across export operations, procurement, logistics, cost control,



and customer service.

Ideal candidate profile:

Were looking for someone with 8+years of experience, preferably in the automobile industry, with strong knowledge of export documentation, DGFT, customs regulations, market dynamics, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA in Marketing preferred
