- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, engineers, and decision-makers
- Represent the company professionally as the primary point of contact during site interactions
- Assess client requirements in office and propose technically sound, customized solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on trials to support sales discussions
