Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales of DSE (Direct Sales Executives) in the region, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to expand customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in commercial vehicles such as trucks, HCVs, LCVs, or tippers.
- Robust understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
