- Basic knowledge of Supplier Quality Management and supplier performance monitoring.
- Understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan and MSA concepts.
- Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why and Fishbone for basic root cause analysis.
- Assist in supplier audits, process audits and quality improvement activities.
- Handle and follow up on supplier quality issues and non-conformities.
- Support incoming inspection, defect analysis and supplier corrective actions.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T; basics.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, Pareto, Check Sheet and Control Charts.
- Coordinate with Suppliers, Purchase, Production and Quality teams for issue resolution.
- Support current product development and supplier part approval activities.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and supplier documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and follow-up skills.
