Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer.
- Identify and connect with domestic and international clients.
- Bid on projects, prepare proposals, and respond to client requirements.
- Conduct lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT services.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the technical team.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Update lead information in CRM or Excel and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Passion for sales, business development, and international client handling.
