Job Description:

MongoDB Administrator

- Manage, monitor, and maintain MongoDB databases.
- Implement backup, recovery, replication, and database hardening best practices.
- Monitor database health, including slow queries, replication lag, node failures, CPU, memory, locks, connections, and index usage.
- Optimize query performance and troubleshoot database issues.
- Plan and execute database upgrades, maintenance, and patch deployments.
- Design and support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
- Collaborate with application teams for impact analysis, query tuning, and database changes during releases.
- Automate database deployment and maintenance processes using scripting.
- 2–5 years of experience as a MongoDB Administrator/DBA.
- Strong expertise in MongoDB administration, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and replication.
- Valuable Experience of enterprise architecture, databases, networking, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficiency in Unix/Shell Scripting and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹320,205.46 - ₹800,000.00 per year
