About the Role

Sestra is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content & Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand through engaging and high-performing content. If you're passionate about fashion, social media, storytelling, and creating viral content that connects with audiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Sestra's social media and content strategy.
- Create engaging content ideas, campaigns, and Instagram Reels.
- Plan monthly content calendars and daily Instagram Stories.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
- Write content briefs and collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots.
- Confidently appear in Reels and create relatable on-camera content.
- Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and content creators.
- Monitor content performance and optimize strategies using insights and analytics.
- Ensure all content aligns with Sestra's brand identity and voice.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Excellent creative thinking, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and D2C brands.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Experience handling influencer collaborations.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and ideation.
