Job Summary

Role Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Microlise Mobile Team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development, testing, and delivery of high-quality software solutions while collaborating closely with product owners, scrum teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Telecommunication, CDAC, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Angular (version 17 and above).
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as Mocha or Jasmine.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git, AzureDevops, or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and as an individual contributor.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with hybrid mobile application frameworks such as Cordova or Ionic.
- Exposure to native platform programming on Android or iOS.
- Knowledge of KnockoutJS, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST API development.
- Knowledge of SQL and C#.




- Exposure to Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop software solutions in line with company development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the scrum team to deliver high-quality product increments.
- Understand requirements from the Product Owner and contribute actively to refinement discussions.
- Maintain diligence around code quality, product quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Produce technical documentation for software modules being delivered.
