Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals regarding online and distance learning programs, understanding their educational and career requirements, and helping them select suitable courses and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about courses, universities, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission process.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential students.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
- Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Update and maintain accurate lead and student information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admission and operations teams for smooth enrolment.
- Assist students with documentation and the admission process.




- Maintain solid relationships with students and provide post-counselling support.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Stay updated about available programs, university policies, and admission guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 05 years of experience in education counselling, sales, telecalling, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
