Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical/IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and assist with the joining and onboarding process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 to 3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT job requirements.
- Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
