Job Description

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and guiding the team to drive delivery
- Own and be accountable for key team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical technical and project decisions
- Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across broader teams
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Mentor junior engineers to support their growth and integration into the team
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders aligned on goals and deliverables

SAP ABAP Development for HANA

Relevant Skills

- Minimum 5 years in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, including object-oriented ABAP, performance tuning/optimization, SAP Fiori/UI5 familiarity, and integration across SAP modules

Certifications Preferred





- SAP Certified Development Specialist ABAP for SAP HANA 2.0 (E_HANAAW_18 or equivalent)
- SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (C_TAW12_750 or equivalent)
- SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP HANA (C_HANATEC series or equivalent)

SAP ABAP for Cloud

Relevant Skills

- Minimum 5 years in SAP ABAP Cloud Development
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud, including ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Core Data Services (CDS), SAP BTP ABAP Workplace, OData services, and Clean Core/upgrade-stable extensibility practices

Certifications Preferred

- SAP Certified Backend Developer ABAP Cloud (C_ABAPD_2601 or equivalent)
- SAP Certified Associate Integration Developer, SAP BTP (or equivalent BTP certification)
- SAP Clean Core Certification for BTP-based extensions (or equivalent)

SAP UI5 Development

Relevant Skills

- Minimum 5 years in SAP UI5 Development
- Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development, including JavaScript/HTML5, SAP Fiori design principles, RESTful APIs/OData services, and application troubleshooting/debugging

Certifications Preferred

- SAP Certified Associate SAP Fiori Application Developer (C_FIORD_2601 or equivalent)
- SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Fiori Application Developer (prior series, C_FIORD_2404/2502, if applicable)
- SAP Certified Associate – Extensibility with SAP BTP, ABAP Environment (or equivalent OData/BTP integration certification)
