Working Days : 6 Days

Shifts : Rotational Shifts & Weekoffs

Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop with the following specifications:

Processor: Intel i5 / i7 or AMD Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7

Operating System: Windows 10 or above

RAM: Minimum 8 GB

Reliable Wi-Fi connection with minimum speed of 30 to 50 Mbps USB/Wired Headset mandatory

Power backup required for uninterrupted work

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels (calls, chats, and emails)




- Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
- Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality targets on a daily basis
