We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller / Academic Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable IT training programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, and helping students make informed career decisions.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and working professionals.

- Counsel candidates regarding IT career opportunities and suitable training programs.

- Understand students educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.

- Explain course details, certifications, career benefits, and available offers.

- Generate admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate lead information and update CRM records.

- Resolve candidate queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

- Build strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission process.

- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for seamless onboarding.

- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Maintain daily call reports and counselling activity records.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Academic Counselling, Customer Support, BPO, or Inside Sales.

- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
