We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and industry-experienced Data Science AI Trainer with expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on industry experience and the ability to deliver practical, project-based training that prepares students for real-world AI and Data Science careers.

The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom and online sessions, mentoring students on live projects, developing industry-relevant curriculum, and continuously updating training content based on the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

Roles Responsibilities:

Technical Training

- Deliver engaging classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

- Train students on Python programming, statistics, data analytics, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and AI application development.

- Conduct hands-on sessions using real-world datasets, business case studies, and industry projects.

- Guide learners in developing end-to-end AI and Data Science solutions.

Generative AI Agentic AI

- Train students on Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, AI Automation, and AI-powered applications.

- Deliver practical sessions using frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, Ollama, MCP, vector databases, and modern AI ecosystems.

- Introduce students to AI application development, intelligent workflows, and autonomous AI systems.

- Continuously update training content based on the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies.

Curriculum Development

- Design and enhance course content, assignments, capstone projects, assessments, and practical lab exercises.

- Develop industry-oriented projects covering Data Science, AI, and Business Analytics use cases.

- Contribute to curriculum improvements based on market demand and technological advancements.

Student Mentoring

- Mentor students on live projects, hackathons, internships, and portfolio development.

- Conduct mock interviews, technical assessments, and career guidance sessions.

- Monitor learner progress and provide personalized feedback for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

- Explore and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies in training programs.

- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course quality and learning outcomes.

- Be flexible in taking up new technologies and training responsibilities as per organizational requirements.
