We are looking for an experienced Civil Manager to lead the execution of a premium hotel construction project near Amritsar Airport. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end civil construction activities, ensuring quality, timely project delivery, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall civil construction activities for the hotel project.
- Supervise site execution, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors.
- Verify BOQs, billing, material consumption, and cost control.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in hotel, commercial, hospitality, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Robust knowledge of RCC, finishing works, BOQ, billing, and project planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
