Job Purpose

To drive jewellery sales by providing excellent customer service, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain product details including purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support billing, order booking, exchange, and delivery processes.
- Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- 12th Pass / Graduate.




- 1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
- Jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium-product sales experience will be an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of jewellery products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
